Sale Conditions

DISCOUNTS:

Your current discount will be held by Five Star Quality Products. Any changes to your discount will be notified by official letter.

PRICING:

Effective immediately. Prices, terms & products are subject to change with notification via official letter to all customers.

FREIGHT:

If you do not select a freight method, the order will be sent by road freight. GST: List Price is NOT inclusive of GST.

ORDERS:

Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be despatched by 2pm the following day. For any same day 'add to order'.

Placed after 2pm AEST, the estimated 24hr despatch may be affected and this will be notified to you by a member of our customer service team.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Payments can be made via Direct Deposit or Credit Card. (Please note: a 2% Transaction fee will apply to Credit Card Payments).

Payment on sales order confirmation is required, and a credit account will be given for customers who work within their terms successfully for an ongoing period of time.

Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Five Star Quality Products in recovering outstanding monies including agency fees and solicitors cost shall be paid by the customer.

TITLE OF GOODS:

Title to and ownership of the goods invoiced remains with Five Star Quality Products and does not pass to the Customer, until all monies due and payable by the customer have been paid.

No warranties

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Five Star Quality Products Pty Ltd express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
