Five Star Party Co has been in the party supplies market for over 30 years. We are an Australian business to business wholesale company. This means that we sell products in bulk at wholesale price to retailers.

In order to shop with us, you will need an ABN and a couple minutes. There are 3-ways you can make an account with us. 

·         Over 3,000 products for you to choose from. All our products are designed with great care and detail. 

·       Access to wholesale pricing – Purchase large quantities (or even small) at a much lower price than retail.

·       Come to our trading store – We have a warehouse located in Wetherill Park where you can come to pick-up last-minute items or just to look at products and make use of our samples.

·       Marketing assistance – As a customer you have access to our marketing images and any other marketing help you need

·       We are open 9-5 Monday to Friday. You can call us if you need any assistance. 

What do I need to open an account? 
A few simple details and an active Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN).

Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order amount but there is a minimum order quantity for each item if you purchase online. For example, you will need to buy 4 packets of 7" plates. 
However, if you require just 1 packet of an item, you can come into our headquarters to purchase without minimum order quantities.

Can I place an order online and pick up in-store?
Yes, you can. Please just note it when you check out. 

Can I come into the shop and buy items? 
Our headquarters located in Wetherill Park is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Customers can come in any time. Our dispatch warehouse is located here as well as our storefront. 

Can we indent or pre-order for large quantities?
Yes, please send us the item you want and the required date.

Do you provide any training or classes?
